Incentive Concepts Announces New Company-Direct Sales Model
Incentive Concepts is pleased to announce an important step forward in how the company serves its customers.
To deliver faster response times, deeper product expertise, and more direct support, Incentive Concepts has transitioned to a fully company-direct sales model. Under this new model, all client relationships will be supported by the internal Incentive Concepts Business Development team, creating a more streamlined experience and stronger connection to the premium brands the company represents.
Incentive Concepts partners with an expanding portfolio of trusted name brands designed to elevate corporate gifting, recognition, and event experiences. The collection spans premium categories including audio & tech, fashion, home goods, health & wellness, travel, outdoor living, sports & recreation, and more—giving customers access to products that are both meaningful and memorable.
This new structure empowers the Business Development team to collaborate more closely with supplier partners and internal staff, helping customers bring standout merchandise, event gifting experiences, and recognition solutions to their clients with greater speed and confidence. The Business Development team, together with the dedicated Customer Loyalty Advisor team, will continue to support customers with responsive service, product expertise, and personalized guidance.
In addition, Incentive Concepts will go live this April with a new proprietary ERP system, designed specifically for the incentive and corporate gifting industries. The new platform will enable faster quotes, improved access to data, and the same exceptional service customers have come to expect from Incentive Concepts.
With these enhancements, Incentive Concepts continues to invest in the people, technology, and partnerships that help customers create memorable recognition, gifting, and event experiences.
